HELP US |
Before contacting us try and obtain the model and serial numbers of your appliance. Gathering these details can sometimes help us identify if we have the parts for your appliance in stock which could resolve the fault on a first visit fix.
|
CONTACT US |
Once you have obtained that information contact us with those details, you can do this by filling out a service order form on our homepage. We will also ask you for an explanation of what appears to be wrong with your appliance, The more detail the better as any little detail could help us diagnose the fault.
|
ENGINEER VISIT |
We will take all your details such as full name, Contact details, Address, Email address etc from your filled out service order request form and we will arrange the next availability or a day that suits you for an engineer to visit your property to inspect your appliance.
|
DIAGNOSE THE FAULT WITH YOUR APPLIANCE |
The engineer will discuss the fault with you, as above if you can try and be as detailed as possible as the more detail the easier it could be to diagnose the fault, we will then investigate the problem before deciding on the best solution for you.
1. We will either fix the fault there and then with stock parts or sometimes no parts are needed at all. 2. If your appliance does need parts and we don't have them on the van stock, we can order parts or if requested we can send you a quote for repair. If your appliance does need a part/s if we can we will do a temporary fix until the part/s has arrived so your not without your appliance but unfortunately this isn't always possible. |
ORDER PARTS |
We will then order the part/s and when they arrive from the manufacturer (genuine manufacture parts ordered only) we will arrange a date to re-visit to fit the part to repair your appliance.
|
RE-VISIT AND FIX YOUR APPLIANCE |
The engineer will re-visit your property to fit the part/s and test your appliance to make sure it is in full working order. We will then send an invoice via email. For pricing, please visit our labour costs page.
