If it is a extensive job such as if your washing machine needs a new drum, your tumble dryer needs a new heat pump system or your refrigeration appliance needs a re gas it may be a major fixed labour cost.

If on the occasion we have been asked to inspect more than one appliance at the same property, we will set a reduced fixed labour cost for the additional appliance compared to the normal fixed labour cost by 50%, this would apply per appliance.
This doesn't apply if the additional appliance needs a major repair.

EXCEPTIONS
Sometimes on the rare occasion all does not go to plan from time to time we will change a part which on the face of it should correct the issue and fix your appliance but does not address the root fault in your appliance so the fault might possibly still persist.
If this is the situation we reserve the right to review the charge if the problem is not resolved after reasonable efforts.

BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR
Sometimes we have to pronounce an appliance beyond economical repair depending on the fault of the appliance. This would occur when the cost of the labour plus the parts are greater than (or close to) the cost of a new machine. At that point it may be more cost-effective to buy a new machine rather than repair. If this is the case we will offer a reduced rate of £49.50 for uneconomical repairs (multi brand only).
If that is the case we can if suitable supply and fit a new unit upon acceptance of an estimate. Please see below.
