If you do require a new appliance we can supply and install various appliances on request, if not in stock delivery is usually between 7-14 working days depending on stock availability (Back orders dependent). We also have on island stock. Upon acceptance of your quote, we would require a 50% deposit before ordering the appliance.
Deposits will be non-refundable if the new unit is no longer needed if the order has already been placed as units are special orders and non-returnable.
Note: When installing a new built in Washing Machine/Washer Dryer if your new unit is a different make to your old unit there is a possibility that your decor door will not fit back on due to different positioning of the door hinges from the old to new unit, if this is the case the decor door would have to be filled and re-drilled by a carpenter/kitchen fitter at the customers expense.
We will always dispose of your old unit free of charge. Installation costs can be found on our labour costs page.

Occasionally when we come to inspect a built-in appliance the kickboards (the decorative wooden boards below the appliance) or surround cupboards (usually for cooker hoods) are not easily removable then unfortunately we will not be able to help further at that time to prevent damage – until you can arrange for the kick boards or surround cupboards to be removed and then re-fitted after repair completion.
This also maybe the case for cooker hoods themselves, If we can't gain access into the cooker hood any further from where it sits, we might have to ask you to remove the unit from the wall so we can gain access to be able to inspect any further.
If this is the situation on site we reserve the right to review the labour charges.
